We all have our habits and patterns in speech, whether you say like a lot or you have your favorite word for calling everything cool. Sometimes, though, these little words become filler that doesn't have very much meaning and gets in the way of us expressing what we actually mean, and takes away from the confidence that we want to project to the people around us.
